AFFR History

The Architecture Film Festival Rotterdam (AFFR) was established in 2000, and the foundation organized its festival the same year as the first architecture film festival in the world. Festivals also took place again in 2001 and 2003. In 2007 AFFR made a fresh start after a few years of silence. In 2009 the event expanded significantly in terms of visitor numbers and programming.

Best in the World. The opening night is sold out, but there are still some tickets left for the other two screenings of Best in the World, on Fri 7 Oct 19:15, followed by a debate on city branding and gentrification, and on Sat 8 Oct 21:30

Robin Hood Gardens, the portrait of the famous and now-demolished council estate in London. Tickets are still available for Fri 7 Oct 21:30 , the screening on Sat 8 Oct 21:15 is completely sold out
