Floor Milikowski (b. 1980, Amsterdam) is a journalist and social geographer. She is the author of the books Van wie is de stad (2018), Een klein land met verre uithoeken (2020) and Wij zijn de stad (2021). After completing secondary school at the Barlaeus Gymnasium, she studied urban planning and social geography at the University of Amsterdam and spent half a year at San Francisco State University. Since 2010, she has mainly written for De Groene Amsterdammer, but sometimes also for other media such as Financieel Dagblad and the Volkskrant. Milikowski also lectures around the country and can regularly be heard and seen on radio and television.
