In 2025, Cinerama will celebrate its 65th anniversary, and that calls for a celebration! On Saturday 14 June, the film theatre presents a full day and night of classics, including Do the Right Thing – the AFFR screening during RA Month only two years ago – Dr Strangelove, Grand Budapest Hotel and The Big Lebowski, to name but a few (architectural) highlights.
And there’s more: a free Rotterdam programme, karaoke and ‘Heel Cinerama Danst’ with DJs late into the night. Like many Rotterdam film festivals, we too have had the pleasure of programming our festival at this iconic Rotterdam cinema, and we feel this is a party not to be missed – both for architecture and for film lovers.
