About the film
High above the rooftops of Amman, the capital of Jordan, the camera follows various flying objects: people standing on their rooftops, launching their kites, and small flocks of birds circling in the sky. Towards the end of the film, the camera discovers a group of young children playing in the ruins of a demolished building. Instead of kites, they only have empty plastic bags, which they try to launch into the air. The camera moves closer and begins to play with the children.
