AFFR is looking for volunteers
AFFR 2023 is looking for enthusiastic volunteers who can help during the festival. Find out what to expect and sign up!
Volunteer tasks include:
- Welcoming and guiding visitors and AFFR-invitees;
- Staffing the AFFR information and hospitality desk;
- Supervising in/near the cinemas, and welcoming visitors to cinemas;
- Checking movie tickets
- Assisting with making cinemas ready for special screenings, like debates and Q&A’s.
- Tracking visitor ratings by means of tear-off cards
For each shift worked you will receive a film ticket for an AFFR-film of your choice. Moreover, during shifts as a theater host, you get to watch AFFR-films during your shift. We will provide snacks and drinks, but no full (warm) meals.
AFFR 2023
The fifteenth edition of the Architecture Film Festival Rotterdam will again take place in the LantarenVenster film theater. The opening night on the 4th of October is located at Theater Zuidplein. Theme of this year’s festival is Contested Space.
The festival takes place from the 4th to the 8th of October 2023. Sign up for one or more shifts as a volunteer through the volunteer form
