Remuneration policy
The board of the Architecture Film Festival Rotterdam Foundation does not receive a remuneration. AFFR does not employ staff but hires freelancers and small entrepreneurs on the basis of an annual assignment; remuneration is in line with the customary rates in the cultural sector. In addition, AFFR works with a large group of volunteers during the festival and in its preparation – the Critical Viewers.
Codes
AFFR endorses the Fair Practice Code and – taking into account The Culture Governance Code and The Cultural Diversity Code – is committed to Fair Pay within the cultural sector. Read more about it here.
