Documentary about Tito's beloved ideal image of a united Yugoslavia, where all people lived in harmony. This wish was translated in the post-world war two realisation of the highway, or
autoput. It runs from Ljubljana, across Zagreb and Belgrado to Skopje at the Greek bordern. Untill 1964 all people built the road. Tito built his socialism and wanted to forget the battle between Serbs, Croatians, Slovenians and Mosloms. Reporter Lex Runderkamp travelled on the autoput in 1996 and filmed what had become of Tito's
dream. Look at europelostandfound.net for more information about another expedition in 2007.
